In most cases, your rent to own program
will be for 1 to 2 years.
During this time, you can pay your monthly
bills on time.
Most lenders want to see at least 12 months
of on time bill payments.
In most cases, paying your bills on time
for one year increases your credit score a great deal.
In addition, if you have any judgments or
collections, you can use this time to have them completely removed from
your credit report.

Many banks want you to have

wish list.
The list we will provide for you will
include pictures of the homes, room sizes and specific details of each
home.
You
can then drive by the homes that look best for you.
Once you have narrowed in on a home that
you like the best, we will schedule an appointment for you to tour the
home.
If you decide that this is the home you
want to Rent to Own, we will design a rent to own program for you with
the owner.
At this time, we will take care of the
paperwork and upfront money.
Once this has been completed, you will get
the keys to your new Rent to Own home!
